What can I say, today the sunrise was at 7:49 and sunset 16:24. it is gray and with the wind factor the temperature feels like -1C / 30F. FIVE minutes less light today… but it is a bit brighter today.
Something good happened yesterday, someone referred to me as an artist 🙂 that made my day. Wanted to talk to me how to promote my art.
How about some vitamins and fruit for a snack?

It is here a again the most cruel month of the year. It is dark and getting darker, and the same time as it is the challenge to post something edible every day of the month of November, I can do it, how about you? What to join us? There is a link below if you’re interested

November and its time to survive it. Theme for the How to Survive November is ‘Something to Eat’.
Lepis from Parallel Lines| in scale kindly hosts this survival once again. The InLinkz is at her blog, it’s at the right column. Let’s enjoy this November with marvelous flavors!

Welcome freinds
Bright healthy fruit for a gloomy day….
so true!
It is
No, nyt on terveellistä ja herkun värisiä!
terveellistä väriterapiaa
We may have more light today but we suffer from the heave storm wind wind gust above 100 km/h, over the North See even more. Hundreds of reports of damage have already been received in our country. Fortunately, no fatalities yet. The storm will not disappear until the evening, but we will remain in heavy wind fields for the next few days. So we don’t have much choice other than staying indoors and enjoying tasty and healthy food 🙂
Of course I understand that the impact of the lack of light in Finland weighs much more heavily than it does in our country. Light is an important factor that makes people active. I think it must be extremely difficult to live in areas where the sun does not shine (or almost does not shine) for a number of months. A day of stormy weather really doesn’t make up for that.
Rudi, it is a price to pay to have rather stable weather, we don’t have earthquakes, really bad storms like you are having now, no hurricanes. Even our heatwaves in the summer are milder than in other countries. I am realist about all this, but I suffer from the lack of light like many do. I think in English its called winter depression – here it’s autumn depression. Take care in the storm and I hope it passes without fatalities
I’m afraid the ideal place doesn’t excist, so we must learn to be satisfied with what we have. In the mean time 1 treetop came down at our neighbours place.
hope it will be all
Tuonne olisi ihana sukeltaaa!
🙂
Fruit is always delicious – whether it’s hot or cold outside. Good choice Ritva!
