Des’Ree – You Gotta Be from 1994
In the last few weeks, I’ve been revisiting the timeless classics .However, as the winds of nostalgia carry me towards more recent times, I find myself drawn to the music of 1994. It’s hard to believe that it has already been thirty years since the release of a song that carries such a powerful message.
As I delve into the music , lyrics and melodia. They offer a window into the hopes, dreams, and struggles of a generation, connecting us to a moment in history that continues to resonate with us today.
Listen as your day unfolds Challenge what the future holds Try and keep your head up to the sky Lovers, they may ’cause you tears Go ahead release your fears Stand up and be counted Don’t be ashamed to cry

Kaunis kuva, tunnelmaa täynnä.
Kappale on hämärästi tuttu, iisiä ja pehmeästi eteenpäin rullaavaa fiilistelyä.
MInulle tämä tuli mieleen ihan puskista 🙂 Mutta positiivinen kannustava viesti iski
On kyllä hieno biisi. Allekirjoitan Susun kommentin.
Kiva kuulla 🙂
Definitely a classic. To me, it fits well with my Time theme today. 🙂 Thanks for the reminder and have a good weekend.
It certainly does now that I think about it 😊
It’s a great song, and isn’t she a beautiful lady! 30 years ago I can’t be sure that I was any of those things, but I might have tried. My son was just a toddler.
30 years ago, I had a baby and a toddler, I was a strong as person, it was a message I could easily relate to and encourage others to be…she worded it strongly
Tämä on kyllä vieras biisi ja ihmettelen. Hyvä biisi!
Oho, kiva että onnistuin yllättämään.
