One wouldn’t guess that this is the northern most capital in mainland Europe from your photo. It looks warm and sun-drenched.

Of course it was cold. I just had friends return from their annual pilgrimage to “Hole in the Ice”, a weekend of running and fun that ends with a plunge into very cold water.
I know people do that, often here too, but I would not even consider doing it, even though it is said to have good health impacts
