Interesting contrast – looks natural and then industrial!

The colour version is the best picture of thigmotropism I’ve seen. At first glance in The Reader I thought it was a plant tendril wrapped around rusty barbed wire but now I see it’s a young tendril reaching out to an older one for support. Lovely.
