For Debbies Six Word Saturday I offer you a scene from last night: A quiet night, with mist hovering over the field, framed by silhouettes of trees and a fence under a bright moon of September.

Moonlit whispers weave through September’s mist,
Soft silver glow where shadows gently twist.
Veils of vapor, drifting, dance on the breeze,
Nature’s quiet secrets, brought to its knees.
Stars peek shyly from their heavens up high,
As the moon casts its gaze on the world nearby.
A tranquil embrace in the nocturnal hue,
Misty echoes of dreams, woven anew.

Wonderful words to complement a fabulous photo. Will you see the eclipse from there? It will happen here at around 3am Monday morning. I hope the moon won’t be too low in the sky and be behind tress for me
Only the end of it can be seen partially if weather permits
There may be cloud here as well
Beautiful, we were coming home from golfing and saw the beautiful big moon in thr sky!
Beautiful scene and beautiful words!

Beautiful !!! …; -)
Thanks Liam
I love the words and the image, Ritva. I think the shot would look good cropped a bit, too.
I am going to try getting a better shot tonight, I do have a tighter crop on my computer,I just have not uploaded it yet. I took this with my phone.
It’s a lovely shot, no matter what. I was just thinking about it and putting my hands on either side of it and thinking it would look good cropped also. I do most of my editing on my phone or on my iPad.
I actually appreciate it, I was just today thinking about this, is it okay to give suggestions about editing or composition. I often think about how I would do something in others photos, but keep it to myself 😀 I don’t mind getting it, it just makes me feel that you have really looked at my photos.
Love it.
♥️
Lovely, both words and image.
Lovely photo and verse, Ritva.
