I am not having much luck lately, the flu is still hanging on, not much , but annoying little cough continues.
Then last week – well five days ago, while sitting at morning coffee, i moved a bit and, snap, something went wrong, I bent like a jackknife, I could not straighten my back. Well I am in a upright position now, but sitting in a chair is impossible and walking is pain. So having said that, I have no taken many photos this week.

I did take photos of Tinka one day…

She has such nice green eyes

Tinka is the sweetest little cat.

Sad to hear of the issues with your back, let’s hope things improve soon, Ritva. Your little cat looks very sweet
Thanks Sue, yes I hope so too.
🥰
I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks Dawn!
Tinka is a little beauty, Ritva. Oh dear–I hope you can feel better soon.
Thanks Lois, so do I 🙂
Such eyes Tinka has, what a beauty. Please take care of your back – maybe the folks at an Urgent Care can help, perhaps some muscle relaxers? Or a good old fashioned massage? Or heating pad? Feel better soon.
I will try to see what to do, I am upright now, but the pain is still there, maybe I’ll go to see a naprapath.
She is a beauty, your Tinka. Eyes incredibly green and alert. I have had issues with my back in the past. I was told to absolutely not lie in the bed or sit still – move even if it hurts. Painkillers – and keep walking! Good luck!
I have not been in bed, more on the sofa in 45 angle, I am upright now, but it is not good yet, maybe I’ll see a naprapath
Long journey of pain – but it will pass!
Beautiful kitty! She looks similar to mine but Tinka has much greener eyes.
I think Tinka has many lookalikes :-)all of then pretty
Tinka is a beauty! I hope you heal soon!
Thank you Nora!
That might be helpful. Good luck and do take care.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting around. It sounds like you might have a herniated disc in your back or something. If you’re able to stand up and walk, that’s great! If you can’t, try sitting or lying down. Taking photos is a great way to show your friends and family how you’re doing.
one photo, better than thousands of words 🙂
