For this week for Dan’s Thursday Doors, I sought AI’s feedback on my image, which inspired me to explore my creative choices. I edited the image in three ways to highlight the importance of color in conveying meaning and emotional resonance, noting how the shift from warm to cool tones alters interpretation. And I just like editing images 😀

I like the image you featured the best, but they are all interesting, as is the AI-driven feedback. Oddly, my focus in all the images was on the young woman walking. I get the feeling she is just going through the motion, like someone between classes or meetings but overall wishing she was somewhere else. The scene welcomes me in different ways as the color treatment changes, but I get the same vibe from her. In any case, well done.

I’ve never given much thought to using AI except for Lightroom edits, maybe that’s why I like the original the best. But, you have me thinking……

I love the different versions of this photo. My favourites are the one in warms hues, and the one using teals & browns. Both speaking to me in different ways, but both inviting.
