I have to admit, I have not written so much about me and my life before. I have just posted photos as i have assumed that no one is really interested in what I do, or mostly don’t do. I have thought my photos will speak for themselves. Now I am wondering what to do when November is over, should I return to me old ways or keep on writing this nonsense in the future too.
Yesterday I put on make-up after a long time, no one notices if I do or I don’t at home. I had an on-line interview yesterday, so I had made myself presentable. So I am going to be boring and post a photo of me with lots of editing in color and bnw and the original also to keep it real :-), as I have no other idea for today. so it’s a #selfie #over50 #makeup post.
Last night the moonlight beautifully shone into our bedroom.

Pretty, Ritva! I hope you got the job. I have not worn make-up since I retired in February. Having said that, I am looking forward to a better 2021, so ordered some ‘clean’ makeup online. Out with the old–in with the clean (no artificial ingredients)!
Thanks so much for the compliment, the interview was OK, I got in to the next round, Will have to see what happens. I mainly do make-up for myself always have, but lately life is so boring that I’ve even stopped that. When my boys were small I but on make-up to go to the playground and perfume too.

Niin näitä blogeja on monenlaisia, jotkut purskauttaa kaiken tänne eetteriin ja me kuvaajat ja taiteeen tekijät ollaan enemmän tai vähemmän pidättyväisiä. Hyvä niin. Kertokoon ken haluaa ja mitä haluaa tai jättää kertomatta. Kuvat puhuvat puolestansa. Ja minua ne oikeasti kiinnostavat eniten. Tästä parista mustavalkoinen toimii tosi hyvin.

Pidän hiusväristä, mutta jostain syystä se ei tunnu omalta – todennäköisesti joudun palaamaan hiukan vaaleampaan väriin seuraavalla kerralla. Todennäköisesti vähennän tekstiäkin tulevaisuudessa. Katsotaan miten käy.
My friend, as I said in my comment on your previous post, your recent posts about your struggles with November and about yourself have been wonderful, a real achievement in the circumstances. What you post from now on is your decision – a mix of things maybe? Its up to you. I have also been unemployed long-term and know what its like – I wish you luck with the interview. One hint: I always found it useful to think about which questions I DIDN’T want to be asked at interviews, and to think about how I might reply. Good luck!!! 🙂
