This week it’s very straightforward – photos of different textures. I took my time looking for these and ended up with, once again, too many images. I took lead from Sarah’s great samples.
All images can be enlarged by clicking on them. For Leanne’s Monochrome Madness
Sarah’s #3: Seeing textures in black and white
First college has textures of fur and feathers.
Second set is man-made materials
Last set is filled with textures from nature. I once again posted too many. Well that’s me.
Last but not least fresh grapes 🍇
I love how, like me, you always flood your post with images! These galleries are great, full of impact as a whole but deserving of closer attention too. I enjoyed the man-made one in particular, perhaps because the choices are more unusual, but also the drooping tulip, the rose and many more 🙂
I know, I have a bad habit of not being able to choose from my own archive 😀
I have exactly the same problem 😀
That cherub is just lovely and I like pearls that follow. So many beauties, Ritva! 🤗💙
Wow! Ritva this post is full of amazing images. For me, that peacock is a stand out. Only an artist would take such a colorful bird and create a beautiful black and white image!
Fabulous. And whoever thought of showing a peacock in black and white. But it works …
Monochrome was made for texture. Your photos are gorgeous.
Wonderful photos – my favorite group is the animals
Thanks Nora
