I was reminded that one should not to play with food 😀 , LOL, so I took the advice and instead I did arrangements with fruit.
Granny Smith and Golden Delicious plus Oranges. Shadow and light. Bright Colors

These are such a contrast to the snow floating behind my window. Enough of white already, it is lovely when it first arrives, this time of the year not so much.

Lovely pictures of fruit, Rita. I struggle taking still life pictures because arranging things artistically is difficult for me. I admire your ability to do that. 🙂
Marsha, thank you, that is so kindly said. I take lots of variations, look at them through the lens and see how the work on the frame. I practise 🙂
That is going to be my next area of photography that I work on. Lucky for me, my husband has an eye for it when I don’t. I have to go about ar from the wrong side of my brain, but I can do that. It just takes longer. 🙂
Marsha, he completes you and your artistic journey 🙂
Yes, he does, Ritva. It’s really great when it works that way, isn’t it?
yes it is, sign of a great partnership
Interesting to see how lighting makes a difference.
Frank it makes all the difference in my opinion. with no shadows you have a dull picture.
😊
I consider apples food, Ritva, but I’ll excuse this continued playing with food because the results are so lovely. 🙂
