Lazy, or something else, Haven’t been editing my Australia photos as quickly as I would have liked to. Have not even touched the ones I took in Hong Kong. I think, no, I know, I have not taken my camera out but only once since January. I think I am slightly depressed as I am not able to create anything new, I plan, I plan again, but then I don’t get anything done. My head is in a mist.
Have you been at this kind of a slump in your photography. You know, why do this, there are so many better, more creative and talented people out there. Who cares. Point being, I have always done this for me, never had any real ambition to be something. Just to share, the world as I see it. Come spring, hopefully, I will get back on the track.

Thanks Dave, you made my day!
We all lose our inspiration from time to time…..as Dave says, this will pass
Thanks Sue, hopefully sooner than later 🙂
Can I tell you misery loves company. This too shall pass….exactly. And not gonna rush it, either.
no, all in good time. Take care Lois!
Yes, I’ve had slumps too, my friend; they come, but they also go too. And as regards “You know, why do this, there are so many better, more creative and talented people out there.”, don’t even think about it >>> just do your thing, that’s the thing, we all must just be ourselves, and we just do our thing. Adrian 🙂
Thanks Adrian, at the moment it seems pointless, but it will pass, hopefully when the spring green comes out in the nature. And yes, I agree we can only be who we are 🙂
Yes it will pass, Ritva. And your mention of the spring green is another thing since, from various things that you have said, it seems that getting through winter’s dark months are something of a trial for you – the lengthening days may well have a positive effect too. I hope so. Adrian 🙂
Yes, winter is not my thing. We have light now for about 11 hours I think. Snow we still so much snow and more falling down on us… Spring will come it always does 🙂
