I am never, or hardly ever able to take a photo of a bird, I did today. I went to shoot clouds and lakes and as a bonus I got these shots of the arctic loon.

I thought for a moment “They are all swimming in the same direction: they must be swimming against a strong current !”; but then I saw ONE swimming the other way. 😀
two loons, two different lakes… I’m so happy I caught these. I am not that lucky and patient enought o get shots of birds.
