Beautiful morning at sea, sunny skies, warm temperatures. Boats passed us by as we headed to Tallinn, these are taken on the coast of Helsinki . So Welcome to Wednesday at sea!
Love boats. Particularly love commercial shipping. Used to have a view straight down to it, for 9 years …
I would love to live be the ocean, so that I could see it from my window. I will continue to dream…maybe someday.
Speriamo, Ritva …
yes I continue to hope. i have lived near the sea, but by the sea. Where did you live then?
Here in this little apartment, where we used to have a view right down to Sydney Harbour, and a wharf where the hug ROROs used to unload and reload …
(Roll On Roll Off: is that a term you know ?)
I have heard RORO before. My sister lived near Bondi Beach, the apartment wason the end of a cliff looking over the ocean. Lovely place, but humid…
The whole of Sydney is terribly humid in the summertime, Ritva ! – and it’s getting worse as climate change progresses. I DETEST it: it makes my ankles and feet swell (associated with age, too, of course). But I’d still rather live in Sydney than any other place in Oz. 🙂
🙂
Beautiful shots! I love the silvery seas.
Thanks. I love the sea too,
love the grey blue of the water – and the calm feeling – great variety 🙂
