After the rain had stopped I went looking for signs of spring. Looking for macro shots or at least close-ups. The catkins were so nicely covered with droplets so I took this to be my first May there topic. Happy May first to all and regards from rainy Finland.
April is coming to end and there are some signs of the spring reaching us here in the north. As May takes over I will be posting macro shots of nature. That’s were I will be able to witness it first in details. This weekend I noticed three flowers popping up… it is a beginning.
I think I am going to keep posting my frozen flowers until the end of April. Hopefully after that I will have some new spring photos available.
I edited the frozen flower into BW in the other one I enhanced the white and in the other blacks. Which do you think works better?

These are about the last flowers of this fall. We had two beautiful days for a change. Totally enjoyed them.
I found some colors in my garden today. these are taken by mobile 
I was trying to capture bokeh so I walked around my yard, looking at flowers and trying to capture a beautiful moment and maybe a slightly different angle. Everything has been photographed million times so that is impossible, but one can always try…
