Throwback Thursday

FB has this going around at the moment, so I thought I’d share few here too. The quality isn’t all that great…but memories are.The first two are old family photos, one with my dad and sisters and one with my mom. Ten there is the happy flower girls…and the last shot is from soccer’s world cup 1982 – Brazil was playing…as to celebrate the ones that started yesterday with a Brazil win

Weekly Photo challenge – The Daily Post – Work of Art

Art” isn’t just paintings and sculptures, it can be anything in which we find beauty and meaning — even food. Show us a thing, place, or person that’s a work of art to you.

Art is in the eyes of the beholder, flowers, nature are art in its self. Churches are full of art, in an outside. Landmarks, statues, paintings, everyday cutlery can be art. Jewels….

Here are few I have captured

MakroTex – Sight (näkö)

Makrotex asked to photograph sight (näkö) a touch one. I see the world through these eyes, my eyesight is getting worse all the time, so my art and paintings are becoming more impressionist as time goes by or abstract. My photos I try to keep sharp and focused.

Detox from the computer

I’ve spent six days at my summer-house, this time was spent with out a PC with me,  as I got a new one yesterday. Actually, it was good to be away from the net, and social media. I spent hours outside, taking photos, spending time with family and relaxing. I also got a new cat a week ago. Tinka is a lovely little kitty,12 weeks old, she is so sociable. I’ve also spent time getting her comfortable in her new home. No is time to get back to business :-). It is a wonder what you can discover from the nature when not in a hurry. Here are few of my discoveries of the wonders of spring and Tinka and Oliver
