You need to get some looks for Christmas – what better place to get them from but a library, where creativity and inspiration abound? These windows, showcasing the elegant architecture and modern design, are from Oodi Library in Helsinki. As you stroll through the space, you’ll find a plethora of stunning styles and ideas.

Seagulls in the city – taken with my mobile using the zoom, not the best of results, but I can live with these. The reflections was the main attraction, also “Splish splash, I was takin’ a bath” caught my eye.
I came across these images from our visit to Las Vegas, these are taken from our hotel window reflections. I find the rather impressive and artistic.
I took this a couple hours ago, after rainy and very misty days, the sun is out, and lots of snow has melted. I went for short drive to Humaljärvi (Lake humaljärvi) it is still covered with ice. This part where the water flows it was open and I got these artistic reflection shot.
Simple, but I like them. What do you think?
SIMPLE but effective
Reflection. I always look for those. I am also reflecting, pondering about the past and future.
I visited some art and photography exhibitions this summer, as well as looking at art, I looked at the people looking at it and , yes, reflections.
The sun was warm but the wind was chill.

These are photos I took of the Imatra Rapids before the flow started. The colors on the rock formation and reflection were lovely a joy to the eyes
Driving to Porkkala in the morning we passed this field with a touch of mist still visible. This sight appealed to me, mostly due to the light. Looking to two directions from the same spot the light was totally different.The low light if autumn is beautiful.
A slightly cloudy and calm afternoon by a lake in Lahti, just a small peek of the sun reflects on the lake. What a lovely sight, sure to give you good autumn vibes 🙂

Monday, I arrived to my work at 7:30 and the first thing I did is, I lit a candle. It created nice reflections on the mirror placed under the decoration. Mission accomplished. Then it was time to go and make a pot of coffee to start the day off…
