












Midsummer celebrations are over and we are now officially losing light, but not to worry there is still plenty of it. Today I went to near grove woods and lakeside in Vols to take some photos of the beautiful greens we are surrounded with this time of the year.






a house on a hill continues my photos of houses behind trees. I seem to have framed them all with the trees with beautiful autumn colors. Call me predictable

November here in the north is mainly, grey, rainy, dull, dark so the topic Let there be light is on the top of everyone’s minds. We had this beautiful light this morning…these photos are taken at 10:30 and it looks like its ready to go down again…so you can understand the joy of seeing this light.
But also one uses these sources light to have a warm atmosphere during this season of darkness
