Morning

Good morning 😃, I woke early to start my work so I can finish up early too. Sitting on my patio working at same time watching this light play on the lawn.

What magic light can do is amazing, you just have to catch the moment

Hello, long time no see

It has been a while since I updated anything. I had a lovely trip to Australia, I took so, so, so many photos that I don’t know what to do with them. Editing and trying to post them in some kind of order… I’m stuck, but here is one as I do have to start somewhere. We visited Sydney and had a look  Queen Victoria Building . Rather beautiful shopping center. Amazing thing is, I did not buy anything.

How to survive November~29

Almost over, November the grayest month of all. Darkness is so strong, but there has been few nice sunsets too. Here is one witnessed at a small boat pier. Looking the other way you saw sunset and on the other moon rising.

Autumn Vibes ~22

Driving from Porkkala in the afternoon we passed this field with the woods in the background  and a river with deep blue water. This sight appealed to me, mostly due to the light, the low light if autumn is beautiful. The lone walker on the road also caught my attention.

June – summer is here

June is here already and  I have been up to the same old stuff, taking photos of wild flowers and nature at my Summer flowers (99 of 118)summer-house. Hopefully I will expand my horizon this month so I won’t continue with macro theme. Even though I will be posting macro’s, maybe a landscape or two between. Maybe be as bold as do a throw back Thursday…

Boynton Beach, FL, February 11

I’ve been home for a week, trying to recover from the time difference. Catching up with work and all the normal stuff at home. I am trying to go through my photos, all  2035 + of them.  This photo has all the elements I enjoy, sea, sand, clouds and sun. Florida shots (341 of 2035)

I sat on one of these rocks for a long time watching the waves hit the rocks. Meditating to me. Then I started taking photos of it…these are from Boynton Beach, FL.

New Blog and Monthly Theme

Hi all,

it is nearly new year and I decided to make a bold move. I changed my theme here on WP – what do you think? My aim was to lessen the clutter and give the spotlight on my photos.

As you know I am not a writer, I don’t have that much to say at least I do not think that too many would be interested in my rambling style of writing. My writing reflects the clutter in my mind, hopping and popping from one thought to an other. So to get a something other than a mind flow kind of text from me here is a challenge. I reserve that to my work.  This is for my photos, the way I see the world through my lens.

As a hint of the coming month – I am once again picking a theme. I will be visiting friends in Florida in January, so my photos will be filled with sunshine and sights. I am posting some photos from my previous trip to begin with and when I get there, my uploads will all from my mobile as I an not going to carry my laptop with me – you know I will be on holiday.

How to Survive November 2017 -12

Wow,half way into  November, this morning was so dark and the ground was covered in black ice, but  fortunately I just had to walk to my car – less than 50 meters so I did not fall down.  Later the day this wonderful thing called sun made it’s appearance too. I  am counting the days  as it is not that common  to have that many sunny days at this time it of the year. That is not a fact statement, more like my own observation. I work full time so I have to take photos near our office.   All around us,  there are construction site’s and high cranes so those are my spotting’s for todaycranes

Walking back to the office from lunch I had to photograph this wonder once again (sun).

The reflection on a train window – not something I get to photograph that often or that it would come to my mind to do so, but it is November. And the sun was shining again today. That is a wow factor for sure!

walk continues

I love these crooked pine trees that the wind and weather has shaped.
