Weekly Photo Challenge: Let There Be Light!

November here in the north is mainly, grey, rainy, dull, dark so the topic Let there be light is on the top of everyone’s minds. We had this beautiful light this morning…these photos are taken at 10:30 and it looks like its ready to go down again…so you can understand the joy of seeing this light.

But also one uses these sources light to have a warm atmosphere during this season of darkness

Sunday Stills: Night Shots

I don’t have that many night shots as I seem to be home then, or I’ve  left the camera home when I am.  Maybe I should do something about it… These shots I found from  Las Vegas  as it is all about nightlife and lights.

Kaamos

I tried to think the English word for kaamos  – maybe its constant darkness, or polar night. That is what we are in at the moment, daylight time is shortening all the time these photos are about beating it or  just it.
