It was in December that I visited Hong Kong and only now I went throught the photos, so they are new in that sense. I have been in a slump as I’ve stated before, now I am on the way up. My aim was to post the photos in a time line, but no, I will post them as I feel like. I will go back to my minimalist approach, few words and hopefully the picture will deliver what I want to convey; The world as I see it.
These are first impressions of the city after our arrival in the evening.

Most likely most of my photos will be by my mobile as the darkness does not really invite you to take photos unless you are in a city. I do not often go to Helsinki, but the day we got the first snow, not officially, it melted ½ hour before it could have been mentioned as first snow. I saw it and for me it was the first snow of the season. I have to admit I was not thrilled about it. Helsinki railway station in the evening is what I will share as my first post for November.
Sunday morning and day was no surprise to me it was grey and rainy again. In the afternoon there was a hint of light just before it set. We drove to Helsinki and on our way back 16:30 it was dark again. The joys of light.

I don’t have that many night shots as I seem to be home then, or I’ve left the camera home when I am. Maybe I should do something about it… These shots I found from Las Vegas as it is all about nightlife and lights.
I was taking photos of water last week – in the rain. My attempts – well, OK. Today as I went thru them again I noticed that I was laughed at by a water ghost.
I have not altered this image – only added a bit contrast. Funny isn’t it?
