The task in hand was to photograph a hole.
The week was cold so I had no desire to go out so I looked for them in the house.
I found it hard to find this color, so here are some I tried, first is a picture of one of my paintings, the second is my neighbors dog, last one is a stamp collection
Live birds are purchased in the market and to be are released for cosmic merit. Thai people believe that emissions are released in live birds and fish. Releasing them you are considered for forgiveness. Or so we were told by the locals.
While visiting a small island in Koh Yao Noi we saw these men in the market buying “forgiveness” a new beginning…
I tried to do these still in the spirit of the season. I have not altered the tones in the photos…trying to be true to the challenge and find the real colors in the photos!

The sun was already going down and it was around 2 pm, in the first photos, and 4 pm in the last 4 photos.
It is winter here in Finland and we got 20-40 cm of snow last Friday – so I have to go with textures of winter.
