If you had not already guessed this was a theme in my FB photography group in April. Topic was Vintage rose, here are some of my efforts to capture the theme.

Office
Small joy is this too, my office has a new paint and I placed the furniture differently and my space looks different which’s nice. Veikka has moved in with me, taken over the armchair I got for myself. I am rather pleased with the result. The only thing new is the paint and the new area rug. There he lays sleeping and snoring while I write this post. I notice the photos ain’t that great as I just quickly took them with my mobile. I am just lazy.
Fruits
At breakfast this morning I started to play with my mobile phone, I took photos of the fruit 🍎 I had on the table 🍊🥭, so why not share some colorful and healthy fruit shots

Coffee moment
I asked my husband to get something tasty to go with coffee. This is what I got, laskiaispulla. A bun with whipped cream and strawberry jam. Aah , so tasty 😋
Dreaming of
Six years old
The dreaded photographer’s block. I,ve had it. I have it now, sort of, As one is mostly at home.
You sit on your couch, you look at your beautiful gear, and you just don’t feel it. You can’t think of anything worth shooting. Nothing takes you.
It’s frustrating as hell. An empty feeling.
At this i take a look at archives and edit old photos that I have discarded previously, with my new found editing skills I am able to breathe new life to them. Maybe this will get me going.
Mostly I have taken photos of my grandchildren, when they let me.

Thursday, was slightly colder and for the first time I took my winter coat on. This way I did not have to have so many layers of clothing on. Life is surprising, it’s always unpredictable, sometimes in a good way, other times not so much. The same applies to the weather. Were am I going with this… no idea. Here is my photo of the day. Colors! I walked through the fruit section in our grocery store. Color therapy, bright, vibrant colors.. I think we all can agree that colors are good for the soul and fruits to our body.

I am getting My new computer tomorrow setup as my son is coming to do it for me. I am not technically savvy so its a blessing to have someone in the family who is. I have not been able to do anything with it for a week. One more from my phone
